Upland is also accessible on the Gold Line and is less than an hour ride from Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles.
Upland has a quaint historical downtown that is being reborn into a bustling retail center full of breweries, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Upland is home to many theaters and museums in the Historic Downtown area of Upland, as well as parts of the now disestablished Route 66. Each year Upland hosts its Lemon Festival and weekly its Farmer’s Market. With a mild warm climate, opportunities for recreation abound in this foothill community. Upland trails are well cared for and available for hiking or mountain biking.
