Before you get overwhelmed with wondering what happens in escrow, check out this list and it should help you understand the process and the excellent customer service I provide the whole way.
Here’s what to expect when you’re working with me to sell your home, in 6 steps:
1: REACH OUT
You might be tempted to start on your own, but it’s a good idea to seek out a real estate expert right away. I am deeply connected to the local market and understand the current and ever-changing conditions of the real estate market! I’m always happy to help address your concerns and answer any real estate questions you may have.
2: CONSULT
After we’ve had a conversation about your wishes and needs, I will schedule a visit to your home to meet you and get to know you and your timeline for selling, any concerns you have, and hear about all the best things about living in your neighborhood! Shortly after the first visit, we will discuss pricing strategy and form a plan for listing your home for sale.
3: PREP
There are simple steps you can take to get your home picture perfect and ready for market! I’ll be available to help out in any way possible, with my list of referrals for making small or large upgrades and repairs, staging, de-personalization and organization. Follow along with some of my videos on easy ways to prepare your home for sale, and simple DIY projects to increase the value of your home.
4: MARKET
Leveraging the right marketing for your home’s sale is essential to get it seen by the most people, and get you top dollar in the transaction.
5: NEGOTIATE
My strategic negotiation skills are my best asset! This is my favorite part of selling real estate and you will know why when you hear from me- my favorite way to be is calling my sellers with multiple offers in my hands! I will use my super powers of negotiation to ensure you get the best price and terms for your sale. Nothing pumps me up more!
6: COMMUNICATE
I will be with you for the whole escrow process from start to finish. A thorough timeline of escrow will be provided, as well as an outline of signatures and documents required from you by the agents and the escrow company so you know what to do and when. Continual check-ins by me and my team will ensure everything stays on track to save you time and money. And finally, I will call with the best news- recording is confirmed, escrow is closed, and your wire transfer is on the way!
